Jim finalized the book and it went to print right before he passed away after two years of treatment for pancreatic cancer.  We lead life as Jim and Vinko did: stopping to share a laugh, smile or wave (explains Jim's chronic lateness and Vinko refusing to wear a watch) and never forgetting that the most important part of life is the relationships you make and the number of times you extend your heart and hands in an act of kindness.
